I would have given this 5 stars except the first time I ordered these (Very generous, delicious, tender pieces), they were trimmed of the silver skin. Not sure you are getting them from the same place but these I had to clean myself. Not a big deal but I absolutely loved not having to take that off with our last purchase.
This is a great value for two natural and tasty Pork Tenderloins without any added hormones, antibiotics or artificial ingredients!
