Shipping & Returns
Thank you for ordering ButcherHouse Cuts from R & R Provision Co.! We pride ourselves in offering the freshest and best-tasting products available. Most of our products are custom cut-to-order and therefore may have a 1-2 business day processing time after you place your order. We strive to process our orders quickly, but our focus is always on the quality of the product. Depending on the FedEx shipping method used, you will receive your product 1 to 3 days after it ships. We ship Monday through Thursday, with deliveries on Tuesday through Friday. No orders will be shipped on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
We offer the following shipping services through FedEx:
- Express Shipping – FedEx Express Saver Shipping will be used if you live within the states listed below in Zones III, IV, V & VI. Your package will arrive in 3 business days after shipping to one of these zones. The shipping date is 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Ground Shipping – Ground shipping will be used if you live within the states listed below in Zone I and Zone II. Your package will arrive 1 day after shipping to Zone I states and 2 days after shipping to Zone II states. The shipping date is 1 – 2 business days after your order is placed.
- Zone I – PA, NJ, NY, CT, DC, DE, & MD
- Zone II – ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, OH, IN, IL, KY WV, VA, TN, NC, SC, AL, GA & FL.
- Zone III - MI & WI
- Zone IV - IA, MN, MS, MO, AR, KS, LA & OK
- Zone V - SD, NE, ND & CO
- Zone VI - NM, MT, WY, TX, AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT & WA
We ship all packages with FedEx Signature Release, which means no signature is required for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
R & R Provision Co. will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us at the time of your order. Our products are perishable, and shipment is time-sensitive, so we cannot reroute deliveries once the products are shipped. Delivery, return and redelivery charges will apply. Please check your order for accuracy before finalizing it.
Processing lead times may change during the November and December holidays, due to the large number of orders we receive during that time. We will do our best to fulfill orders quickly, but we may require additional days to process and deliver your order. Additionally, delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability or other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage you to order early to avoid delays, stock-outs and backorders.
In addition to delivery through FedEx, we offer in-store pickup at the R & R Provision Co. Retail Outlet Store. When you place your ButcherHouse Cuts order online, indicate that you will pick it up in-store. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order, and we will pack your products in a reusable to-go cooler. Once your pick-up order is ready, you will receive an email. Please bring your identification for release of your order. Please do not show up before receiving the "Order is Ready" email. These orders require the same processing time as shipped orders, which is 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
At this time, the ButcherHouse Cuts products are not usually stocked in the Retail Outlet Store. Therefore, it is necessary to order online with pickup-in-store to get ButcherHouse Cuts products. However, the Retail Outlet Store does offer products that are not offered online, which can be purchased at the time of your online pickup.

If you are not happy with your order or you have issues at the time of delivery, you have 48 hours from when you receive your order to notify us of the issue you experienced. Although we cannot accept returns of our products because they are perishable, we will make every effort to resolve any issues with your order.
